A fully illustrated, laugh-out-loud pirate romp in which Emilie and her brother William set out to rescue their parents from the horrible and smelly pirate king McSNOTTBEARD. Whisked from the high seas, through prehistoric lands, into an evil wizard's castle and finally to the PIRATES' clifftop hideout, they must tackle dinosaurs, zombies, angry parrots, and at least one warlock...

Emilie, a 9 year old girl, is surprised to wake up and find that her house is in the middle of the sea and that she and her brother have to save their parents from a group of pirates.

This book is full of jokes and humour that will make you laugh out loud so I would definitely recommend this to anyone who likes doing that! I couldn’t stop! In fact, I would recommend this book to anyone. Whatever kind of books you like, you should try this one for sure

My favourite character was Yeth, he gave my mum a hard time when she was trying to read his speech. He was also important towards the end of the story but I won’t spoil that!

I would rate this book 5/5 because as well as being funny it was a great story. My favourite part was when Emilie and Will fell from the sky and landed in dinosaur poo! Ewwww!

Pirate McSnottbeard in the Zombie Terror Rampage is, without a doubt, one of the funniest children’s books I have ever read.

The boys were lucky enough to win a copy from Toppsta (thanks Toppsta!) and Alex quickly grabbed it to read on his own. He loved it so much that he was ready to beg and plead for it to be our next bedtime book.

Funny books are a must for our bedtime read (who wants to read deep and depressing before bed?) and PMcSitZTR did not disappoint. As Casper said, it was absolutely filled with laugh-out-loud moments.

Just like Casper, my favourite character was Stitches Saks the Sixth, also known as Yeth. My word, he really stretched my character-voicing abilities!

If you’re looking for a book to entice your reluctant reader, this could be the one.
If you’re looking for a book to share with your children, you should definitely consider this one.
If you’re looking for a book that will have you all squealing with laughter, look no further!
